How we use it
To run your account, match people with relevant opportunities (and explain why), process payments and payouts through our provider, keep the community safe, provide support, and improve Earn and Build. We send marketing emails only if you opt in.
What others can see
Public profiles can show your name, photo, story, skills, services, portfolio, parish, reviews and public work history. You can set your profile to members-only or hidden at any time in your settings.
Your rights
In line with the Jamaica Data Protection Act, 2020, you can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent for marketing. Contact us to make a request.
Security and retention
We use encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls and audit logs. We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires. Financial records may be kept longer for legal reasons.
